Vinyl & Digital Fusion
Both cad-cad vinyl and digital fusion (also known as direct-to film DTF) are cost effective for lower volumes. Vinyl comes in a variety of colors and is cut to desired shape and perfect for personalization. Digital fusion provides vibrant color and high detail to support full (multi) color designs.
Sublimation
A full-color printed image is dyed onto synthetic fabric. This allows for an intricate and colorful design that is long lasting. Pricing is by size of the imprint and not based on design complexity or number of colors.
Embroidery
High quality custom embroidery with no minimum quantity required. Hundreds of thread colors to put together the perfect design. Great option for polos, hats, blankets, etc.
Screen Printing
Spot color inks are used to create designs. Great choice for large quantities. Works well for many substrates. Pricing is based on design size and number of colors used.
